- Who repairs hot tubs in Hochatown and Broken Bow?
- Broken Bow Hot Tub Co. is a mobile hot tub technician serving Hochatown, Broken Bow, Beavers Bend, Idabel, and Eagletown. We repair leaks, pumps, heaters, jets, and control boards on site for $100/hr.
- How much does hot tub repair cost?
- $100/hr. The first hour covers the trip and diagnosis, then 30-minute increments. Parts are itemized. No emergency or rush fee.
- How much is a hot tub maintenance plan?
- Busy Rental Plan: $349/mo with weekly visits and a monthly drain, for rentals booked 14+ nights a month. Light Use Plan: $220/mo with weekly visits and a drain up to every 3 months. Chemicals included.
- Do you sell or install hot tubs?
- No. We're mobile technicians. We clean, maintain, and repair the hot tub you already have.
- Do you charge an emergency fee?
- No. Same $100/hr whether it's a Tuesday morning or guests arrive in an hour. Urgent calls go to the front of the line.
- How fast can you get here?
- Tub down with guests coming? Same day when we can. Routine jobs are usually booked within 24 to 48 hours.
- How often should a hot tub be drained?
- Monthly for rental cabins booked 14+ nights a month. Up to every 3 months for home tubs and lighter-use rentals. Drain sooner if you see foam, cloudy water, odor, or sanitizer that won't hold.
- How much is a hot tub drain & refill?
- $200 one-off. Add $25 to $60 if the filter needs replacing. Included in both care plans.
- What happens to the water when you drain?
- We neutralize the sanitizer to near-zero first, in line with Oklahoma DEQ guidance on draining treated water. We use the sewer when available. Nothing active goes into a septic system, and water never goes near wells, creeks, or storm drains.
- Do you do hot tub electrical work?
- We fix everything in the equipment bay: heaters, pumps, control boards, jets, ozonators. Wiring past the cord or breaker needs a licensed Oklahoma electrician, and we'll coordinate with one.
- What brands do you service?
- Master Spas, Hot Spring, Bullfrog, Caldera, Sundance, Jacuzzi, Cal Spas, Marquis, Coleman, Aquaterra, Lifesmart, AquaRest, and box-store tubs.
- Do you work with property managers?
- Yes. We send visit notes however you want them and schedule around housekeeping. 2+ cabins get volume pricing.
- I'm a guest and the tub is broken. Can you come?
- Ask your host or property manager to call us. Once they approve, we'll get there as fast as we can.
- Do you work outside McCurtain County?
- Sometimes. Call us. It depends on timing and our routes.
- Do you do pool service?
- We offer pool cleanings: skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and filter cleaning. We don't offer chemical treatment or repairs until we're certified under Oklahoma's new pool technician rules, which take effect in November 2026.
