Broken Bow Hot Tub Co.

FAQ

Questions we get a lot

If your question isn't here, call or text us. We answer the phone.

How quickly can you respond to a hot tub issue?
Depends on the stakes, and we ask. A tub that's down with guests checking in goes to the front of the day's route — that's the call we're built for. Routine one-off jobs are typically scheduled within 24 to 48 hours. Tell us when your next guest arrives and we work backward from that.
Do you do hot tub electrical work?
We service everything inside the hot tub equipment bay: heater elements, pumps, control packs, jets, ozonators. We do NOT do permanent electrical wiring beyond the cord or breaker. That requires a licensed Oklahoma electrician. If you need both, we'll coordinate with one.
What brands of hot tubs do you service?
Master Spas, Hot Spring, Bullfrog, Caldera, Sundance, Jacuzzi, Cal Spas, Marquis, Coleman, Aquaterra, Lifesmart, AquaRest, plus box-store and generic brands common in cabin builds. See our brand-by-brand guide at /hot-tub-brands/ for common issues per brand and what we stock on the truck.
How often should a hot tub be drained?
Rough formula: total dissolved solids divided by 3 times daily bathers. For an STR cabin with 4 bathers per day, that's about every 90 days. Residential tubs are typically 4 to 6 months. We can audit your usage and recommend a schedule.
Do you offer contracts or just one-off service?
Both. We offer a recurring weekly maintenance plan (fixed monthly pricing, written summary every visit) as well as one-off repair, cleaning, and drain & refill calls.
What does a drain & refill cost?
$200 to $325 typical for a single tub, depending on size and access. Add $25 to $60 if the filter is past its life. Lower per-tub pricing for cabins on a recurring schedule.
Will you work with my property management company?
Yes. Tell us how your PM team wants visit notes delivered — email, text, or shared doc — and we'll match it. We're happy to coordinate directly with housekeeping on cabin turnover schedules.
What if my hot tub problem is urgent and I'm a guest, not the owner?
Get the cabin owner or property manager to authorize the service call. We can't bill guests directly for cabin repairs, but once your host approves, we'll do everything we can to get out there before it costs anyone a good stay.
Do you do work outside McCurtain County?
Sometimes. Call us. Most jobs in surrounding counties are workable if the timing fits an existing route.
Do you do pool service?
Yes, we offer pool cleanings. Call us for details.
