What it costs
- Labor: $100/hr. The first hour covers the trip and diagnosis, then 30-minute increments.
- Emergency fee: none. Same rate when guests are on the way.
- Parts: itemized on the invoice. Special orders quoted first.

How a repair visit works
- Call or text. Tell us the symptoms. A photo of the error code helps us bring the right part.
- Diagnose. We find the fault on site and quote the fix.
- Repair. Most jobs are done that visit. If a part has to be ordered, we get the tub running for guests first when we can.
What we refer out
Permanent electrical wiring past the cord and breaker, and full plumbing reroutes, need a licensed Oklahoma electrician or plumber. We tell them exactly what's needed and finish the job after.
