What we repair
Most hot tub failures fall into a short list. We handle the full range on site for cabin rentals and homeowners across the Broken Bow and Hochatown area.
- Heater elements and thermostats — tub stays cold, trips the breaker, or short-cycles
- Circulation and jet pumps — humming, grinding, won't prime, leaking at the seal
- Control packs and topside panels — error codes, dead displays, sensor faults
- Jets and diverters — broken, cracked, frozen in place, missing inserts
- Plumbing leaks — under-shell, union, manifold, or jet body leaks
- Ozonators and UV sanitizers — failed bulbs, dead generators
- Cover lifters and bushings — replacements, alignment, hardware
How a repair visit works
Step 1: triage
You describe the symptoms by phone or text. Sometimes that's enough to tell us what part to bring. If not, we book a diagnostic visit.
Step 2: diagnostic visit
Flat $89 service call covers the trip out plus the first hour on-site: testing components, isolating the fault, and giving you a written quote for the repair. If you proceed with the repair on the same visit, the $89 is credited back against the work.
Step 3: repair
Most common repairs we can do on the spot. If we need a part we don't carry, we order it, give you an ETA, and schedule the return visit. For cabin rentals on a turnover deadline, we'll prioritize getting the tub functional even if the full repair is two visits.
What it costs
Repair pricing is structured so you can see every line on the invoice. No bundled "repair total" before we know what's actually wrong.
- Service call: $89 flat — covers the trip out and the first hour on-site, credited to the repair if you proceed
- Hourly after the first hour: $100/hr, billed in 30-minute increments
- Parts: at wholesale cost plus a transparent markup, itemized line by line
See the pricing page for the full breakdown including travel, after-hours rates, and payment terms. We give a written quote before any work begins.
Common brands we service
Master Spas, Hot Spring, Bullfrog, Caldera, Sundance, Jacuzzi, Cal Spas, Marquis, Coleman, Aquaterra, Lifesmart, AquaRest, plus the box-store brands common in cabin builds. Generic and discontinued models too. See the brands page for the full list.
Cabin rentals and homeowners
We work on both STR cabins and residential hot tubs. For cabin rentals we understand the constraints: tight turnover windows, guests in the unit, and reviews on the line. If you have multiple cabins or want a fixed monthly schedule, look at our recurring maintenance plans — regular service prevents most of the breakdowns that trigger emergency calls in the first place.
