Recurring maintenance is the offer for cabin operators who want hot tubs to be a non-issue. We're on a route through your properties on a fixed cadence. Every visit is the same checklist. Every cabin has a service record. You stop chasing problems.

What a recurring contract covers

Weekly visit (in season)

  • Water chemistry test (pH, alkalinity, sanitizer, hardness, TDS)
  • Chemical dosing to bring readings to spec
  • Filter rinse and visual inspection
  • Surface wipe-down (waterline, jets, headrests, cover)
  • Functional check (jets, lights, heater, control pack response)
  • Photo log uploaded to your dashboard or emailed per cabin

Monthly deep service

  • Filter chemical soak or replacement
  • Line shock and biofilm flush
  • Cover and cabinet condition check

Quarterly drain & refill

  • Full drain & refill on a scheduled basis
  • Coordinated around guest schedule

Emergency response

  • Same-day response for contract customers
  • Priority over one-off repair calls
  • Most issues resolved within 4 hours during business days

Pricing model

Recurring contracts are priced per cabin per visit, with volume discounts. Approximate ranges for the Broken Bow region:

  • Single cabin, weekly: $50 to $75 per visit
  • 5 to 9 cabins, weekly: $40 to $55 per visit per cabin
  • 10+ cabins, weekly: $30 to $45 per visit per cabin
  • Biweekly: roughly 20% lower than weekly per visit
  • Drain & refill on contract: bundled, lower than one-off pricing
