- How do I find out what brand my hot tub is?
- Check the control panel logo, the sticker inside the equipment door, or the cover strap. Or text us a photo of the panel and we'll tell you.
- Why does my plug-and-play hot tub stop heating when the jets run?
- It's probably not broken. 110V tubs like Aquaterra, Lifesmart, and most Costco and Home Depot models can't heat and run jets at the same time. In winter the water cools fast. The fix is a 240V upgrade, which needs an electrician.
- Do you work on inflatable hot tubs like Coleman SaluSpa or Intex?
- Yes, the pumps, heaters, filters, and water. We don't repair the shell. For a puncture, replacing the tub is usually cheaper.
- What if my brand isn't on this list?
- Call us. We work on most brands, and parts for rare ones usually arrive within a week.
