One hourly rate

  • First hour covers the trip out and the diagnosis
  • Billed in 30-minute increments after the first hour
  • Written quote first. Most repairs take 1 to 3 hours

  • In Hochatown every tub-down call is urgent. We don't charge extra.
  • Same rate at 7am Tuesday or before a Saturday check-in
  • No travel charge inside the service area

Drain & refill

Line flush, neutralize, drain, scrub, filter service, refill, and balanced water.

$200 per tub

New filter extra if needed. Included in both care plans.

Basic clean

Shell, jets, filter rinse, cover, and water test. No drain.

$150 per visit

Same price when check-in is hours away. No rush fee.

Paying per visit adds up. Weekly cleans plus a drain cost $800/mo one-off, or $349 on the Busy Rental Plan. Plan tubs also go first for repairs.

Fine print

  • Plan pricing. Per tub. A neglected tub may need a one-time reset first. We confirm your price by phone, and nothing bills until you say go.
  • Drain cadence. Busy Rental drains monthly. Light Use drains up to every 3 months. If a light-use tub needs monthly drains, we'll suggest moving up.
  • Repair quotes. Confirmed on site once we know what's wrong.
  • Travel. Free within 30 miles of Broken Bow, including Hochatown, Beavers Bend, Idabel, and Eagletown. Farther out, we quote a small travel fee first.
  • Hours. 7am to 7pm, 7 days a week. Guests arriving? You go first. After hours, call anyway.
  • No lock-in. Month to month. Cancel any time. Pay by card, ACH, or check. Manage invoices in the customer portal.
  • Pricing updates. New rates apply to new jobs only. Active plans and quotes are honored.
