Service call & diagnostic

$89 flat
  • Covers the trip out and the first hour on-site

  • Credited back to the repair if you proceed that day

Step 2

Hourly after the first hour

$100 / hour
  • Billed in 30-minute increments after the first hour
  • Time-on-site only — no shop time, no charge for travel within service area
  • Most repairs land between 1 and 3 hours total

Deep-clean reset (drain & refill)

Full drain, line flush, deep clean, filter service, refill, and balanced chemistry. The right first move on a neglected tub.

$200 – $325 per tub

Range depends on tub size, water access, and filter condition. Lower per-tub on a recurring schedule.

Basic clean

Shell, jets, filter rinse, cover, and a balanced water test — no full drain.

$95 – $150 per visit

Often scheduled between guest turns. Tighter pricing on a recurring cadence.

Example: a typical control-pack swap runs the $89 service call (first hour included), maybe a half hour of extra labor at $50, plus the control pack itself. You'd see all three lines on the invoice before the work starts.

Fine print, in plain language

  • "From" pricing. Plan prices are per cabin and start at the number shown; they flex up only for an unusually rough tub or a multi-cabin portfolio (which drops the per-cabin rate). We confirm the exact monthly before you commit — nothing auto-bills until you say go.
  • Estimates, not binding quotes. One-time ranges are accurate for the typical job. The final invoice gets confirmed on-site once we know what's actually wrong.
  • Travel. Free within 30 miles of Broken Bow (covers Hochatown, Beavers Bend, Idabel, and Eagletown). Beyond 30 miles, a small travel fee applies and is quoted before we dispatch.
  • Hours. Same-day response in season during business hours (7am–7pm). For after-hours emergencies, call and we'll see what we can do.
  • No lock-in. Plans are month-to-month. Cancel any time. Pay by card, ACH, or check; existing customers manage invoices and service history in the customer portal.
  • Pricing updates. Any changes to published rates take effect for new jobs only — existing quotes and active plans are honored.
